Data center design & build
From an empty room, a plot of land or a shipping container to a fully running, monitored data center — power, cooling, racks, cabling, servers and commissioning. One team. One contract. One point of responsibility.

What we build
A dedicated room inside your building, converted into a secure, cooled and protected IT space — ideal for offices, factories, hospitals and public institutions.
A factory-built, fully fitted data center in an ISO container. Delivered on a truck, placed on a foundation, connected to power and fibre — operational in weeks.
Greenfield or brownfield data halls with hot/cold-aisle containment, redundant power paths and high-density zones for GPU and AI clusters.
Turnkey scope
Every discipline is engineered to work together: the UPS is sized to the real server load, the cooling to the real heat output, the cabling to the real currents. Nothing is guessed.
Capacity planning, layouts, single-line diagrams, thermal model and full documentation.
Main switchboards, ATS, busbars, metered PDUs and correctly sized cabling (1- and 3-phase).
Online double-conversion UPS, lithium or VRLA battery cabinets sized to your autonomy target.
Diesel generators with automatic transfer, fuel tank sizing and load-bank testing.
Rooftop or ground PV, hybrid inverters and energy storage to cut energy cost and CO₂.
Precision room cooling, in-row units, aisle containment, free cooling and direct liquid cooling.
Every rack size from 6U wall-mount to 52U, with hot/cold-aisle containment and blanking.
Supermicro compute, storage and AI systems configured, burn-in tested and racked.
Copper and fibre backbone, patch panels, top-of-rack switching and labelled cable management.
Early-warning aspirating detection and clean-agent gas suppression systems.
Access control, CCTV, intrusion detection and environmental sensors.
Power, temperature, humidity and leak monitoring with alerts and energy reporting.
How we work
A single project manager coordinates every trade, every delivery and every test — and keeps you informed at each milestone.
Book a site surveyWe assess the site, the existing power and cooling, and your IT load today and in five years.
Layout, power and cooling design, redundancy level, 3D model, budget and timeline — documented for approval.
One fixed-scope offer with a full bill of materials, project plan and responsibilities.
Civil and electrical works, cooling, racks, cabling, fire suppression and security — coordinated by one project manager.
Integrated systems testing: UPS and generator transfer, load-bank tests, thermal validation and burn-in of every server.
As-built documentation, training, maintenance contracts and 24/7 support options.
Engineering you can see
Our 3D planner places racks, servers, UPS, batteries, generators, solar and cooling, routes the cabling and calculates the complete power and thermal budget. Every design exports a professional engineering pack:
Energy strategy
Energy is the largest running cost of a data center. We design for efficiency from day one — and give you the numbers to prove it.
Containment, free cooling and liquid cooling to push PUE towards 1.3.
PV and hybrid inverters sized to cover a measurable share of the IT load.
Batteries for peak shaving, solar self-consumption and longer autonomy.
Generators with ATS so a grid outage never becomes downtime.

FAQ
Yes. We take responsibility for the full project — survey, design, power, cooling, racks, cabling, fire suppression, security, IT hardware and commissioning — so you deal with one team and one contract instead of a dozen subcontractors.
A server room typically takes 6–10 weeks from approved design to handover. A modular container data center is factory-built and usually delivered in 8–14 weeks. Data halls depend on the building works and are planned individually.
A server room is built inside your existing building. A container data center is a self-contained, factory-tested unit that can be placed anywhere with a foundation, power and fibre — ideal when there is no suitable room, for edge sites, or when you need to relocate or scale later.
From a single power path with UPS up to N+1 and 2N power and cooling designs, aligned with Tier II–III concepts. We size UPS, batteries, generators and cooling against the real measured load of your equipment.
Yes. We combine PV arrays, hybrid inverters and battery storage with the grid and a generator. Our planner calculates annual solar yield, coverage of your IT load, cost savings and CO₂ reduction.
Yes — that is where we started. We configure Supermicro servers, storage and GPU systems, burn-in test them for 48 hours and deliver them racked, cabled and labelled.
