The APC AR2401 is a NetShelter SV enclosure, Schneider Electric's essential-class rack for low- and medium-density server and networking applications. It provides 42U of 19-inch EIA-310 space in a 600 mm wide, 1060 mm deep cabinet with an external height of 2057 mm. Its 600 mm width matches standard data-centre floor tiles for dense row layouts.

The frame is rated for 1000.2 kg static and 459.9 kg dynamic load. Vertical mounting rails can be set at fixed adjustment points for equipment from 167.6 mm up to 777.2 mm deep, and four rear accessory brackets accept rack PDUs and cable organisers. Cable access is provided through both the roof and the rack bottom.

A perforated front door and perforated split rear doors deliver front-to-back ventilation and need little clearance behind the rack. The front door can be moved to the other side or swapped with the rear doors, and doors lift off on spring-loaded hinge pins. This model is supplied without side panels for bayed rows; baying hardware is included. Casters, levelling feet and four bolt-down brackets are included.

NetShelter SV racks comply with EIA-310-E and are listed to UL 2416; the AR2401 is covered by a 5-year warranty.
