The Cisco C1300-8MGP-2X is a Catalyst 1300 managed switch that provides 8x PoE+ ports: 4x 2.5G Multigigabit + 4x 10/100/1000 and 2x 10G SFP+ uplinks, with a 120 W PoE+ (802.3at) power budget for phones, wireless access points and cameras. It delivers 68 Gbps of switching capacity and a forwarding rate of 50.6 Mpps, ensuring wire-speed performance for everyday business traffic. Its fanless design keeps operation completely silent, so it can be installed close to users.

The Catalyst 1300 series is Cisco's fully managed switching line for small and mid-size businesses. It adds Layer 3 routing (static routes and RIP), advanced QoS, rich security features such as 802.1X, DHCP snooping and IP source guard, and stacking support to the simplicity of a web-based interface. Management options include an embedded web GUI, a Cisco-style CLI, SNMP, Cisco Business Dashboard and the Cisco Business mobile app.

It is a dependable choice for offices, retail outlets, schools and growing SMB networks where powered endpoints such as IP phones, Wi-Fi access points and security cameras need to be supported.
