The Cisco C1300-8T-E-2G is a Catalyst 1300 managed switch that provides 8x 10/100/1000 RJ-45 ports and 2x 1G combo (RJ-45/SFP) uplinks. It delivers 20 Gbps of switching capacity and a forwarding rate of 14.88 Mpps, ensuring wire-speed performance for everyday business traffic. Its fanless design keeps operation completely silent, so it can be installed close to users.
The Catalyst 1300 series is Cisco's fully managed switching line for small and mid-size businesses. It adds Layer 3 routing (static routes and RIP), advanced QoS, rich security features such as 802.1X, DHCP snooping and IP source guard, and stacking support to the simplicity of a web-based interface. Management options include an embedded web GUI, a Cisco-style CLI, SNMP, Cisco Business Dashboard and the Cisco Business mobile app.
