The Catalyst 9300 is Cisco's flagship stackable enterprise access platform. It combines the UADP 2.0 ASIC with Cisco IOS XE to deliver high-scale Layer 3 routing, SD-Access fabric edge functionality, wired and wireless convergence, application hosting and strong security features such as MACsec-256 and Cisco Trustworthy Solutions. StackWise-480 and StackPower provide resilient stacking of up to eight switches, while field-replaceable power supplies, fans and uplink network modules maximise uptime and flexibility.
This part number ships with the Network Advantage software license; Network Advantage adds advanced routing, segmentation and high-availability capabilities on top of Network Essentials.
