The APC AR118SM is a 18U NetShelter UPS-depth wall-mount enclosure designed to put full-depth single-phase equipment - APC Smart-UPS and Easy UPS models or rack servers - onto a wall. It provides up to 835 mm of mounting depth, yet the side-mounted design keeps the cabinet projecting less than 25 inches (about 635 mm) from the wall. Overall dimensions are 889 mm high, 600 mm wide and 1037 mm deep.
Bracket-style wall mounting makes installation quick and safe, and equipment can be installed and configured before the cabinet is hung. Top and bottom cable openings with rear cable channels keep wiring organised, and vertical mounting space accepts a Zero-U PDU without using rack units.
The pre-assembled steel enclosure supports 158 kg (350 lb), has a perforated door for passive ventilation and is rated IP2X. It is designed to help secure sensitive data in PCI-scoped environments and works with APC NetBotz for access control, video surveillance and environmental monitoring (sold separately).
