The APC ER6422 is part of the Easy Rack range, Schneider Electric's straightforward, value-oriented IT enclosures for server rooms, IT closets and edge sites. It offers 24U of EIA-310 19-inch mounting space in a 600 mm wide, 1200 mm deep cabinet with an external height of 1198 mm.

Load ratings are 1199.8 kg static and 599.6 kg dynamic, and the adjustable mounting rails accept equipment from 190.5 mm up to 1041.4 mm deep. Four rear accessory brackets come pre-installed for toolless mounting of full-height vertical rack PDUs; additional brackets or accessory channels can be added later.

Ventilation is handled by a removable, reversible single front door and split rear doors with up to 81% hexagonal perforation. The multi-functional roof has brush-strip openings for cabling and is compatible with APC overhead cable troughs. Roof, side panels and doors are bonded to the frame, with extra external grounding points front and rear. Half-height side panels with lockable upper sections are included; the cabinet is supplied without a bottom plate.

Casters, levelling feet and keys are included and the rack ships pre-assembled. Easy Rack is listed to UL 2416, follows EIA-310-E and carries a 5-year warranty.
