The Eaton SRW6UKD is a 6U wall-mount rack from the Tripp Lite Series SmartRack family, built to hold EIA-310 19-inch equipment in wiring closets, retail branches, classrooms and back offices with little floor space. Its external footprint is 367 mm high, 600 mm wide and 446 mm deep, and it accepts rack devices from 76 mm up to 419 mm deep. Eaton rates the steel frame for 91 kg of static load.
It is supplied as a knock-down kit that ships unassembled, so it can be carried through narrow corridors, lifts and stairwells and built up in place; once assembled it matches the equivalent factory-built SmartRack cabinet.
Security is provided by locking reversible vented front door and removable locking vented side panels. The enclosure meets the physical-security requirements of PCI DSS for equipment handling payment card data. The vertical mounting rails adjust in 7/8 in. increments and use square-hole or 12-24 threaded mounting, with numbered rack spaces for quick installation.
