The Extralink EX.13001 is a 6U 19-inch wall-mount cabinet finished in grey, measuring 370 mm high, 600 mm wide and 600 mm deep. It is intended for offices, small server and network rooms, CCTV control rooms and other technical spaces where switches, patch panels, recorders and compact network equipment need a tidy, lockable enclosure that does not occupy floor space.

The welded frame and outer walls are made of cold-rolled steel sheet. Instead of a glazed door this version uses a solid sheet-steel front door, which keeps the contents out of sight and opens through more than 180° for unobstructed access. The side panels are held by latches and can be removed for installation and maintenance work, with locks and keys included.

Vertical rails are clearly marked with U positions. Cable openings are provided in both the top cover and the bottom panel, and the roof is prepared for mounting two fans to improve heat removal from active equipment. The cabinet is designed primarily for wall installation but can also be set up standing, and the frame concept allows straightforward self-assembly while keeping the package compact for transport.
