The Soeteck Immersion Cooling Module is a 40-foot prefabricated data centre in which servers are submerged in a dielectric cooling medium. It combines immersion tanks, in-row coolant distribution units, a modular UPS and external battery provision in one factory-built container that can be transported, lifted into place and commissioned quickly. Target applications are AI training and inference clusters, HPC and intelligent computing centres, containerised and edge data centres, and high-heat equipment that is difficult to cool with air.
Either single-phase or two-phase immersion technology can be used. Heat passes from the components directly into the medium, which is circulated through four in-row CDUs rated at 400 kW each and then rejected outdoors by a dry cooler or closed-circuit cooling tower. The standard configuration is specified at 55 kW per cabinet, and the platform is designed for cabinet densities in the 100–400 kW range. Because fans and compressors are largely removed from the heat path, Soeteck quotes a partial PUE of 1.02 to 1.05, and the system supports free cooling and waste heat recovery.
The tanks form a closed structure with medium circulation, temperature monitoring and overpressure protection, and the enclosure resists dust, moisture and interference for outdoor or high-temperature sites. Power is provided by a modular UPS with a 1000 kVA host, with battery capacity configured to the required autonomy.
ServerInvest sizes, supplies and integrates the module with immersion-ready Supermicro GPU and CPU servers, power and heat rejection; you can plan the deployment in our 3D Room Builder.
