The Soeteck SY-ALI Air-Liquid Fusion unit combines liquid cooling for cold-plate servers and air cooling for conventional equipment in a single machine. Instead of building two independent cooling plants, the data centre draws both cooling streams from one shared source. The series comprises three models with 150, 100 or 60 kW of liquid cooling capacity, each adding 40 kW of fully sensible air cooling.
The unit is aimed at three scenarios: small and medium data centres that want a simple architecture, hybrid facilities that are mostly air-cooled but need to accept liquid-cooled racks, and AI computing halls deploying cold-plate servers for large model training. Its controller continuously rebalances the share of air and liquid cooling according to the actual load on each side, so capacity follows the mix of hardware installed.
A DC inverter scroll compressor running on R410A drives the refrigeration circuit. On the air side, a tube-fin evaporator and G4 filter deliver 9,500 m³/h of airflow at 10 Pa. On the liquid side, primary and secondary circuits connect via φ77.5 mm quick-connect couplings. The whole unit fits in a 600 × 1200 × 2000 mm cabinet weighing 500 kg, runs on 380 V/50 Hz and is rated for outdoor ambient temperatures from -40 to 45 °C.
Soeteck estimates around 20% lower cost than building separate air and liquid systems, and operations teams manage only one cooling platform. That makes the SY-ALI a practical step for sites that will migrate to liquid-cooled servers in phases.
ServerInvest sizes, supplies and integrates the SY-ALI together with racks, liquid-cooled Supermicro servers and power distribution; you can plan the layout in our 3D Room Builder.
