The Soeteck in-row CDU is a coolant distribution unit housed in a rack-format cabinet that sits directly in a row of liquid-cooled racks. It transfers heat from the secondary loop feeding the server cold plates to the facility water circuit through an internal heat exchanger, keeping the IT coolant isolated, filtered and at a controlled temperature.
It suits cold-plate liquid-cooled data centres deployed in modules of ten or more racks, HPC clusters for scientific computing and AI computing centres running medium-to-large GPU clusters for model training and inference.
Three models are available. The SY-CDU-RW-350 and -600 take cooling water at 35/45 °C on the primary side and supply 25% ethylene glycol at 40 °C (return 50 °C) on the secondary side, with at least 120 kPa of available head. The SY-CDU-RW-900 accepts softened water or glycol on the primary side and deionised water or glycol on the secondary side, with a supply temperature of up to 40 °C. The cabinets measure 600 × 1200 × 2200 mm (900 mm wide for the 900 kW unit), so they align with standard racks.
ServerInvest sizes, supplies and integrates in-row CDUs with liquid-cooled Supermicro servers, racks, manifolds and power distribution; plan the row in our 3D Room Builder.
